For this project, I created the word "YUCK" using raw hamburger meat, a medium chosen because of my aversion to raw meat. I shaped the letters using an alphabet cookie cutter, froze them to set the form, and arranged them on a styrofoam meat tray. In Photoshop, I added a butcher block background to enhance the contrast between the text and the raw meat.
